SkillED

Join a new online skills-based program supporting people experiencing eating difficulties. SkillED consists of 11 self-paced learning modules carefully created by a team of eating disorders researchers, lived experience, clinicians, and digital experts.

Each module provides evidence-based education and skill development with interactive activities and ongoing motivation. If you are struggling with food, weight or shape and would like to be involved, please complete the eligibility survey.

If at any time you feel distressed, you can call the Butterfly Foundation at 1800 ED HOPE (1800 33 4673) to get support from an eating disorder specialist, the Mental Health Access Line for NSW at 1800 011 511, or LifeLine at 13 11 14 for crisis support. If you have any questions about the study, reach out to the InsideOut team on 02 8627 5690 or skilledstudy@sydney.edu.au.

This study has been approved by the Ethics Review Committee (RPAH Zone) of the Sydney Local Health District. Any person with concerns or complaints about the conduct of this study should contact the Executive Officer on 02 9515 6766 and quote protocol number X22-0396
