Participant Information

Researchers from the InsideOut Institute for Eating Disorders at the University of Sydney are evaluating the effectiveness of an online therapy program called ‘SkillED’.

SkillED is designed for individuals struggling with food, weight and shape issues.

SkillED consists of 11 self-paced learning modules carefully created by a team of eating disorders researchers, lived experience, clinicians, and digital experts. Each module provides evidence-based education and skill development with interactive activities.

If you are 12 years or over, please complete the eligibility survey to get involved.
